Hellloooo! One of the reasons I started my blog was to share my love and passion for exercising. I really enjoy making workouts for myself and others, so I wanted to come up with a way to share them with you all! So, every week, I will share a new workout that I created for “Trainer Tuesday”!” It may be HIIT, a cardio workout, or even strength training! All are my favorites
Here we go!
This week’s TT (Trainer Tuesday) is a Tabata Style workout. That means you will do each exercise for 20 seconds, resting for 10 seconds. There are 2 exercises per group.
If you have an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, simply search for a Tabata timer in the app store. Makes life so much easier!
So for example, it would look like this!
20 seconds Exercise 1
10 seconds break
20 seconds Exercise 2
10 seconds break
repeat 3 more times for 4 minutes per set!
Do each set for a full 4 minutes for a 20 minute workout!

Remember, form is everything.
Burpees (you do not have to do the full push up on them!)
